Who we are
This privacy policy applies to riyadhmetro.org, an independent information site about the Riyadh Metro and not an official body. To get in touch: [email protected].
The data we collect
We collect the minimum personal data needed to run this site:
- Contact form messages — name, email address, message. We use them only to reply to you; they are not added to any mailing list.
- Server logs — your IP address, browser type, page viewed and timestamp. Kept for a maximum of 30 days for security and debugging.
- Statistics (aggregated) — anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics. No individual tracking and no advertising profiling.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to it, and to lodge a complaint with the competent authority. This site complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19), and its Implementing Regulations; the supervisory authority is the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). Data retention
Contact form messages are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
