The Riyadh Metro runs six lines, each with its own official number and colour — Line 1 (Blue), Line 2 (Red), Line 3 (Orange), Line 4 (Yellow) out to King Khalid Airport, Line 5 (Green) and Line 6 (Purple) — serving 83 stations across 176 km (109 mi). The lines meet at ten shared transfer stations, where you can move from one line to another inside the station itself and without a second ticket.
