About As Sulimaniyah
As Sulimaniyah is one of Riyadh's established central districts — older housing, offices and a dense weave of everyday services — and this is its door onto the Green Line. The station is deep underground, in the northern section of Line 5 between King Salman Park and Ad Dhabab. The typical journey from here is short and repeated daily: office workers heading south to Al Wizarat and the government headquarters strung along King Abdulaziz Road, and residents riding down to the National Museum and King Abdulaziz Historical Centre at the southern end of the route. Because Line 5 serves a narrow, busy slice of the city rather than a long suburban corridor, the station mostly replaces trips that used to be made through congested local streets. Line 5 is the only service calling here, and the interchanges lie at the two ends of the line. The fare is the same whichever way you travel, since Riyadh's ticket is timed rather than measured by distance.

Line 5 (Green). Direct trains run towards Ministry of Education and in the opposite direction towards National Museum. The adjacent stations are King Salman Park and Ad Dhabab.
Buses. The darb system covers the metro and the buses on one ticket, and bus routes and bus rapid transit (BRT) services run around As Sulimaniyah. You do not need a separate ticket to switch between metro and bus while your ticket is still valid.
Taxis and ride-hailing. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Uber, Careem) are available at the station entrances for short trips beyond the network.
