About Granadia
Granadia is where Line 6 (Purple) begins to work on its own. Out of KAFD the Purple Line shares a four-station trunk with Line 4 (Yellow) as far as SABIC; from there it strikes east and then south towards An Naseem, and Granadia is the first stop on that arc. The platforms sit above street level — this is an elevated station — and Line 6 is the only service calling here. The setting is typical of eastern Riyadh: residential streets, everyday services and shopfronts strung along the main roads that frame the district the station takes its name from. Its role is easy to state. Westbound, one ride and no change of train puts you in the financial district, courtesy of the shared trunk. Eastbound the line runs to Al Hamra, where Line 2 (Red) is picked up inside the same station, and then south to An Naseem at the end of the line, where Line 3 (Orange) takes over for the city centre and the south.
It sits between SABIC and Al Yarmuk on Line 6.
It is an elevated station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.

Interchanges and connections
Line 6 (Purple). Direct trains run towards KAFD and in the opposite direction towards An Naseem. The adjacent stations are SABIC and Al Yarmuk.
Buses. The darb system covers the metro and the buses on one ticket, and bus routes and bus rapid transit (BRT) services run around Granadia. You do not need a separate ticket to switch between metro and bus while your ticket is still valid.
Taxis and ride-hailing. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Uber, Careem) are available at the station entrances for short trips beyond the network.
