About At Takhassussi
The name comes from Takhassussi Road, which crosses King Abdullah Road at this point in northern Riyadh — a shallow underground station on Line 2 (Red), sitting between KACST and stc. Offices and commercial premises along both roads give it its morning and evening peaks. (King Faisal Specialist Hospital, which shares the road name, is about 6 km further south and is not within walking distance of this station.) Sitting where two major arteries meet also makes it a practical park-elsewhere-and-ride point for people coming into the north of the city who would rather not finish the journey by car. One stop east is stc, the shared station with Line 1 (Blue), from which the Blue line runs north to the financial district or south to the old centre; westwards, the Red line calls at KACST and King Salman Oasis before climbing back onto its viaduct at the university terminus.
It sits between KACST and stc on Line 2.
It is a shallow underground station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.

Interchanges and connections
Line 2 (Red). Direct trains run towards King Saud University and in the opposite direction towards King Fahad Sport City. The adjacent stations are KACST and stc.
Buses. The darb system covers the metro and the buses on one ticket, and darb bus routes serve the surrounding districts. You do not need a separate ticket to switch between metro and bus while your ticket is still valid.
Taxis and ride-hailing. For trips beyond the network, taxis and ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Careem operate across Riyadh.
