About Dr Sulaiman Al Habib
Named after the Dr Sulaiman Al Habib hospital standing close by, this elevated stop is the second station on Line 1 (Blue), one south of the SAB Bank terminus and one north of KAFD. It sits on King Fahad Road among the An Nakheel, Ar Rahmaniyah and Al Aqiq districts, where the mix is residential and service-led rather than corporate: clinics and medical facilities, commercial frontages facing the highway, and quiet internal streets behind them. Patients and visitors heading for the medical facilities make up a large share of the traffic, alongside office staff from the surrounding blocks and residents of the northern districts who would rather leave the car at home than crawl along King Fahad Road at rush hour. Only one line calls here, so any change of line begins at KAFD, the next station south, where Line 4 (Yellow) and Line 6 (Purple) also start their runs.
It sits between SAB Bank and KAFD on Line 1.
