About Ad Douh
Ad Douh is a viaduct station carried above Madinah Munawwarah Road in west Riyadh, the third stop on Line 3 (Orange) counting east from the terminus at Jeddah Road, and served by that line alone. The area around it is settled residential Riyadh threaded with service shops, mosques and local schools — no single landmark dominates. Its job is to feed the line with neighbourhood passengers heading into the centre in the morning and bring them home in the evening. Riders travelling to the old city have a direct run on the same train as far as Qasr Al Hokm, Al Hilla and Al Margab, where the line passes deep beneath the crowded market quarters. Since no other line stops here, anyone needing to change waits for Qasr Al Hokm and Line 1 (Blue), or An Naseem and Line 6 (Purple), both further east. Being elevated, the platforms are reached straight from street level, and the ride out gives a clear view along the road corridor.
It sits between Tuwaiq and Western Station on Line 3.
It is an elevated station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.
