About Courts Complex
Courts Complex station sits in central Riyadh beside the judicial complex it is named after, and it is the first deep-tunnel station on Line 3 (Orange) for anyone arriving from the west: this is where the line leaves the long viaduct along Madinah Munawwarah Road and goes underground. Only Line 3 serves it, and it falls between Al Jarradiyah and Qasr Al Hokm. The area around it is administrative and commercial at once — government offices on one side, the dense fabric of the old city on the other — so the station draws people with business at the courts as well as those working nearby. With Qasr Al Hokm the very next stop east, the interchange with Line 1 (Blue) is barely a minute away, which makes this a convenient entrance to the network as a whole rather than merely a stop for the courts. Its depth is a consequence of what stands above it: the line threads beneath streets laid out long before it.
It sits between Al Jarradiyah and Qasr Al Hokm on Line 3.
It is a deep underground station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.
