About First Industrial City
First Industrial City station serves Riyadh's oldest industrial area, east of the centre and south of Al Malaz, where workshops, warehouses, light manufacturing plants and specialist showrooms sit side by side. It is a deep-tunnel station on Line 3 (Orange), between As Salhiyah to the west and Railway to the east. Its passengers are unlike those of the residential stops: this is a place of work, filling early in the morning with people employed in the industrial plants and the offices attached to them, and drawing shoppers looking for the spare parts, building materials and technical services the area has long been known for. Before the metro, getting here meant driving; the station has cut that dependence in a district built entirely around the car. Its traffic peaks at the start and end of the working day rather than spreading evenly across it, which makes the middle of the day noticeably quiet on the platforms.
It sits between As Salhiyah and Railway on Line 3.
It is a deep underground station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.

Interchanges and connections
Line 3 (Orange). Direct trains run towards Jeddah Road and in the opposite direction towards Khashm Al An. The adjacent stations are As Salhiyah and Railway.
Buses. The darb system covers the metro and the buses on one ticket, and bus routes and bus rapid transit (BRT) services run around First Industrial City. You do not need a separate ticket to switch between metro and bus while your ticket is still valid.
Taxis and ride-hailing. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Uber, Careem) are available at the station entrances for short trips beyond the network.
