About Al Margab

Al Margab serves one of the long-established districts of central Riyadh, close to Al Bat'ha and the historic centre, and is a deep-tunnel station on Line 3 (Orange). Only that line calls here, and it sits between Al Hilla to the west and As Salhiyah to the east. The district combines dense housing with old commerce: shops and services crowd narrow, busy streets where finding a parking space is a chore, so the metro is the practical way in. Residents use the station to head west into the districts strung along Madinah Munawwarah Road, or east towards Al Malaz, An Naseem and the end of the line at Khashm Al An. Shoppers travel the other way, for the markets in the surrounding blocks. Like the rest of the central section, the line runs deep here, under a city that was built long before it — a stretch where the metro is invisible from the street except at the entrances.

It sits between Al Hilla and As Salhiyah on Line 3.

It is a deep underground station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.
