About Hassan Bin Thabit Street
Out on the eastern edge of Riyadh, Hassan Bin Thabit Street station serves the street it is named after and the residential districts the city has spread into over recent decades. It is a shallow-tunnel station on Line 3 (Orange), between An Naseem to the west and Khashm Al An to the east — which makes it the penultimate stop on the line. For the people who live around it, this is the front door to the whole network: the housing and daily services of the surrounding blocks are the obvious reason to use it, but its real usefulness is what lies one stop away. At An Naseem you can change to Line 6 (Purple) for northern Riyadh; stay on board westwards instead and Qasr Al Hokm brings you to Line 1 (Blue) in the historic centre. Only Line 3 calls at the station itself, and it has no interchange of its own.
It sits between An Naseem and Khashm Al An on Line 3.
It is a shallow underground station and runs to the network hours: 5:30 am to midnight Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00 am on Friday. The SAR 4 two-hour ticket covers the metro and the buses. Below you will find the station on the map, journey times, interchanges and facilities.
